1. Who we are

slideyourapp is a product of No Limit Apps LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact: support@slideyourapp.com.

2. What you buy

A one-time purchase of $99 USD grants you a personal, lifetime, non-transferable license to access the hosted slideyourapp platform with your account, including all future updates. It is a single payment — there is no subscription and nothing to cancel.

3. Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate: right after checkout you are redirected to create your account, and an account set-up link is also sent to the email address used at checkout. If neither reaches you, contact support@slideyourapp.com and we will restore access to your purchase.

4. Your account

Your account is tied to the email address used at payment. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. The license covers one person; accounts are not for resale, sharing, or transfer.

5. Third-party AI costs

Generation runs on your own OpenRouter API key. Costs charged by OpenRouter (or any other AI provider) are billed by that provider directly to you, are your responsibility, and are separate from the $99 purchase. We never mark them up and never bill you for them.

6. Acceptable use & content

You own the slideshows you generate and are solely responsible for how you publish them, including compliance with TikTok's policies (such as AI-generated content disclosure) and applicable law. You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

7. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee virality, views, installs, revenue, or any specific outcome. Social media performance depends on factors outside our control.

8. Refunds

A 3-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee applies — see the Refund Policy. A refund ends the license and platform access.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Limit Apps LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
