How refunds work

• Refunds are issued in full to the original payment method via Stripe.
• Banks typically post the refund within 5–10 business days.
• A refund ends the lifetime license: platform access is switched off for the refunded purchase.
• AI generation costs billed by your own provider (e.g. OpenRouter) are separate from our $99 fee and are not part of the refund.
